Clou
Clou was a Czech rock band from Prague, formed in 2001. Known for singing in
English, the group released their debut EP, First, in 2004, followed by their
first full-length album, Postcards, in 2005. The album won two Anděl Awards in
2006 and was a significant success on the Czech music scene, with the single
"Island Sun" reaching Number 1 on the Czech charts and MTV's Top 10 music
videos. The band continued to release albums, including For Tonight in 2008 and
Old Dogs New Tricks in 2012. They disbanded in 2014.
