Zabranjeno Pušenje are a Bosnian rock band from Sarajevo, SR Bosnia and Herzegovina, SFR Yugoslavia, that formed in 1980. The ensemble was founded by the guitarist Davor Sučić and the vocalist Nenad Janković and are famous for their central role in the New Primitivism cultural movement and for their association with the satire program Top lista nadrealista. They achieved early professional recognition in 1984 with their debut studio recording Das ist Walter, which sold 100,000 copies.
