Yerba Buena
Yerba Buena was a Latin fusion band founded by Venezuelan musician Andres Levin.
The group blended various Latin music genres with hip-hop, Motown, soul,
Afrobeat, and Middle Eastern themes. Before their debut album, they collaborated
with Me'Shell NdegéOcello on the track "Gentleman" for the Red Hot
Organization's tribute compilation to Fela Kuti, Red Hot and Riot. Their first
album, President Alien, was released in 2003. The critically acclaimed album
featured collaborations with notable artists such as Carlinhos Brown, Roy
