Attempting to join the boy band craze of the 1990s, Worlds Apart had fresh-faced good looks, synchronised dance moves and slushy, romantic pop ballads and found success in France and across Europe. Formed in London in 1992 with Backstreet Boys, NSync and Take That as their template, Simon Cowell picked Steve Hart to front the group and write many of the songs.
