Willa Ford
Amanda Lee Williford, known professionally as Willa Ford, was born on January
22, 1981, in Ruskin, Florida. She began her musical journey at a young age,
singing with the Tampa Bay Children's Choir and later joining the Tampa-based
children's performing arts troupe, Entertainment Revue. In 1999, at the age of
18, Willa Ford started performing under the stage name Mandah and was signed to
MCA Records. After being dropped from MCA, she signed with Atlantic Records,
which included her song "Lullaby" on the soundtrack for Pokémon: The First
