Wild Colonials was an alternative rock / folk band formed in Los Angeles, California in 1992. The roots of the band go back to London, England a few years earlier when Glaswegian singer-songwriter Angela McCluskey met and married songwriter / pianist Paul Cantelon, whom she had met while he was playing piano in a restaurant.  The duo moved to Los Angeles, California, where they hooked up with Canadian-born singer-songwriter Shark (formerly of pop duo Big Bam Boo).
