Wes King
Wes King, born January 20, 1966, in Winder, Georgia, is a contemporary Christian
singer and musician. He began playing guitar at age 14 and wrote his first songs
two years later. After studying the Bible at Covenant College, he moved to
Franklin, Tennessee, where he signed with Reunion Records and released his debut
solo LP The Ultimate Underlying No Denying Motivation in 1990, followed by
Sticks and Stones (1991) and The Robe in 1993. In 1995, his album Common Creed
produced three CHR chart-toppers. He collaborated with various artists, notably
Phil Keaggy on the album Invention...
