翁立友
(Weng Li You)
翁立友 (Weng Li-you), born on May 9, 1975, in Xinzhuang Township, Taipei County, is
a Taiwanese pop singer who began his career in 1998 under the stage name Only
You. He gained early attention with a series of singles that showcased his vocal
versatility, leading to his first major label contract. In 2005, he released the
album 媽媽的背影, followed by 我問天 in 2007, both featuring tracks that were later
adopted as theme songs for popular Taiwanese dramas. He received the Best
Taiwanese Male Singer award at the 20th Golden Melody Awards, cementing his
status within the industry.
