We Are Scientists
American indie rock band formed in Berkeley, California, in 1999, We Are
Scientists initially consisted of Keith Murray (vocals, guitars, keyboards),
Chris Cain (bass, backing vocals) and Michael Tapper (drums, percussion),
replaced after his departure in 2007 by touring member Adam Aaronson until 2009
and then by Andy Burrows until 2014. After their first self-produced demo,
Safety, Fun, and Learning (In That Order) in 2002, the band released their first
official album, With Love and Squalor, in 2006, which entered the UK charts at
