Vladimir "Vlado" Kalember, born on April 26, 1953, in Strumica, FPR Yugoslavia,
is a Croatian pop singer known for his distinctive husky voice. In the 1970s, he
gained recognition as the vocalist of the pop band Srebrna Krila. His solo
career began after leaving the band, and in 1984, he represented Yugoslavia at
the Eurovision Song Contest with Izolda Barudžija, performing "Ciao, amore".
