Vincy Chan (October 16, 1982) is a Hong Kong-born Singaporean singer who jumped
to fame after participating in the 2005 New Talent Singing Awards. After
immigrating to Singapore with her family in 1990, Vincy Chan attended Dunman
High School during her teenage years and obtained a degree in accounting at
Nanyang Technological University in 2005. That same year, she was placed among
the top 24 contestants in the singing competition Project Superstar. Upon her
