Villanosam, born Winston Antonio Aponte Acta in San Pedro de Macorís on February
20, 1979, began his journey in Dominican urban music as a member of hip-hop
collective Perfecto Clan in 2000 before launching a solo career in 2005. He
dropped early singles like “Ya Sí Soy Rap” (2005) and “Tremenda Abusadora”
(2006), showcasing his gritty voice and rhymes grounded in Dominican street
life. In 2016 he released the hit single "Tokyo," followed by his full-length
