VIGO
Peruvian rapper Vigö (born Rodrigo Vigo Izaguirre) emerged in Callao’s hip-hop
scene in the early 2020s, gaining local recognition through gritty freestyle
videos and underground collaborations. He made his official debut in 2024 with
the track "La Llamada" featuring MNZR and 2Jackson. Vigö burst onto the national
trap radar alongside the late Peruvian rapper 26IS with the 2025 single “EL
PADRINO,” delivering hard-hitting verses over dark, minimalist beats—a
collaboration that quickly went viral on social media and solidified Vigö’s
reputation as a rising force in Peruvian trap.
