Víctor Alejandro García Pérez, born on October 1, 1976, in Ciudad Madero,
Tamaulipas, is a Mexican singer and actor who rose to fame in 2002 as the
runner-up of TV Azteca's inaugural season of La Academia. Following his success
on the show, he signed with Sony Music and released his self-titled debut album
in 2003, which achieved double platinum status. The album featured the hit
