Varius Manx
Varius Manx is a Polish pop-rock band founded in Łódź in 1989 by Robert Janson.
The group released their debut instrumental album The Beginning in 1990. Anita
Lipnicka joined the band in 1993, and the group began incorporating
Polish-language songs into their repertoire. The band achieved major commercial
success with Emu (1994) and Elf (1995), both of which sold over 500,000 copies,
and won the Fryderyk Award for Group of the Year in 1995. In 1996, Kasia
