Vandemataram Srinivas, born Kanneboina Srinivasa Rao Yadav in Ramakrishnapuram,
Khammam district, Telangana, India, on September 9, 1964, is an Indian music
director, playback singer, actor, and director who works predominantly in Telugu
cinema. He began his music career in 1985, making his playback singing debut
with the title song of the film Vande Mataram, a performance that earned him his
