Japanese pop and rock band Under Graph was formed in 1999 in Osaka, Japan. The
band was founded by vocalist/guitarist Naoto Matohara, guitarist Ryosuke Asa,
bassist Kazuma Nakahara and drummer Naoko Taniguchi. Under Graph began
performing locally but relocated to Tokyo in 2000. After building up an audience
by playing live and issuing two independent singles, they signed with For Life
