Udora, a Brazilian rock band from Belo Horizonte, was formed in 1997 and
originally consisted of Gustavo Drummond, Jean Dolabella, Leo Marques, and
Thiago Correa. Initially known as Diesel, their initial breakthrough came when
they won the Escalada do Rock contest, which led them to perform at Rock in Rio
3 alongside Deftones and Red Hot Chili Peppers in 2001. The band moved to Los
Angeles, signed with J Records, and changed their name to Udora in 2002 due to
