A multi-instrumentalist, Ty Dolla $ign (born Tyrone Griffin, Jr. in 1985)
gravitated to the Los Angeles rap scene with YG, for whom he wrote and produced
the 2010 track "Toot It and Boot It". While continuing his collaborations with
Joe Moses and Young Maestro, he produced his own mixtapes and signed with the
Atlantic label, which released the singles "My Cabana" (with Young Jeezy),
"Irie" (with Wiz Khalifa) and "Paranoid " (with B.o.B.). His nonchalant rap pop,
