Tsai Chin is a popular folk singer from Taiwan. Born on 22 December 1957, in
Kaohsiung, she is well versed in both Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese Hokkien and
has enjoyed a great deal of popularity in Hong Kong. Mostly known for her
traditional folk songs, she has also participated in several musicals and TV
