Country music singer, songwriter, and musician Travis Collins was born in
Campbeltown, New South Wales, Australia on May 4, 1985. Learning to sing and
play guitar at a young age, he began his musical career at the age of 11 when he
began busking (playing live for tips) on the streets of Tamworth, New South
Wales. He was a competitor in the Star Maker Quest slot at the Tamworth Country
Music Festival in January 2004. Collins won first place for his performance of
