Toni Gonzaga, born Celestine Cruz Gonzaga on January 20, 1984, in Taytay, Rizal,
Philippines, began her ascent to fame at 13 when she won the Metropop Star
Search competition. This was a stepping stone that led to her being cast in a
Sprite TV ad in 2001, which became her ticket to fame. Later, she released her
