Tomáš Klus was born on May 15, 1986, in Třinec, Czechoslovakia. Raised by folk
music enthusiasts, he moved to Prague at age 15 to pursue a career in modern
pentathlon, winning gold at the 2002 European Championship. He later shifted his
focus to performance art and music, winning the Czech Talent Zlín competition in
2007. His debut album, Cesta do záhu(d)by, was released in 2008. In 2011, Klus
released his third studio album, Racek, which debuted at Number 1 on the Czech
