Thomas Evans, also known as Tom Evans, born on June 5, 1947, in Liverpool,
England, was an English musician best known for his work with Badfinger. He
started his career with The Calderstones before joining The Iveys in August
1967. In November 1968, the group signed with Apple Records and released their
debut single, "Maybe Tomorrow". The Iveys changed their name to Badfinger in
November 1969 and achieved significant success with songs like "Come and Get It"
