Born in London on January 17, 1981, and raised in Costa Rica from the late
1980s, Toledo (real name Toledo Wolbrom Prescod) began carving out his place in
the Central American music scene in the late 1990s, debuting in 1998 with the
single “Me No Know” alongside Kike Daddy. After a brief stint with Sony Latino
in 2001, where he released “Bounce,” Toledo opted for independence and
co-founded Top a top Productions with fellow artist Banton in 2002, aiming to
