The Skyliners
The Skyliners, a U.S. vocal group from Pittsburgh, were formed in 1958 with
original members Jimmy Beaumont, Janet Vogel, Wally Lester, Jackie Taylor, and
Joe Verscharen. The group gained initial recognition with their hit single
"Since I Don't Have You", released in 1959, which peaked at number 12 on the US
charts. This song would later be covered by numerous artists, keeping it
familiar to the public for decades. The Skyliners continued to release notable
