The Lonely Island
The Lonely Island, an American comedy trio consisting of Andy Samberg, Jorma
Taccone, and Akiva Schaffer, formed in Berkeley, California in 2001. The group
initially met in junior high school and regrouped after college to pursue a
career in comedy and music. Their early work involved creating short films and
