The Last Drive
The Last Drive, a Greek punk garage rock group, was formed in Athens in 1983.
Their debut performance took place at the Rodeo Club later that year. The
group's early releases included the highly coveted 7" single "Midnite Hop"
(1985) and their first full-length LP Underworld Shakedown (1986). In 1987, they
embarked on their first European tour, performing in Germany, Italy, France, and
the Netherlands. Notable albums include Heatwave (1988), produced by Peter
Zaremba of the Fleshtones, and Blood Nirvana (1990). They were voted "band of
