The Hot Sardines are an American Dixieland jazz band formed in New York in 2007
by French-born singer Elizabeth Bourgerol and American pianist Evan Palazzo. In
a short time they garnered major praise from critics and audiences for their
enthusiastic embrace of traditional jazz performed with an ever-changing
