The Firm is an American hip-hop supergroup formed in New York in 1996,
originally comprising Nas, Foxy Brown, AZ and Nature (initially replacing
Cormega), with production overseen by Dr. Dre and Trackmasters. Born of the
momentum created by the success of "Affirmative Action" on Nas' 1996 album It
Was Written, the project was conceived as a gathering of New York rap's elite,
