The Dorsey Brothers was an American studio dance band led by brothers Tommy and Jimmy Dorsey. Established in 1928, the group began recording for OKeh Records, releasing their early singles “Coquette” (1928) and “Dixie Dawn” (1928). Over the following years, the ensemble issued singles such as “Let's Do It” (1929), featuring vocals by Bing Crosby, and “Fine and Dandy” (1930).
