The Comrads, an American gangsta rap duo from Lynwood, California, was composed
of Kelly "K-Mac" Garmon and Terrell "Gangsta" Anderson. The group gained
attention in the Los Angeles area during the summer of 1997 with their debut
single "Homeboyz" from their self-titled album. Following this breakthrough,
they signed with Mack 10's Hoo-Bangin' Records and released their second studio
album Wake Up & Ball in 2000. After the duo disbanded, K-Mac joined Mack 10’s
