The Big Three, a Merseybeat band from Liverpool, England, formed in 1961. The group evolved from Cass and the Cassanovas, which included Brian Cassar, Adrian Barber, Johnny Hutchinson, and Johnny Gustafson. Their breakthrough came with the release of their first EP, At The Cavern, in 1963. The band's most notable recording was "Some Other Guy", released the same year, which became a minor chart hit and a standard in the Merseybeat scene.
