The Agony Scene
The Agony Scene is a heavy metal band from Tulsa, Oklahoma, formed in 2001 by
Johnny Lloyd, Rod Burguiere, and Daniel Hickman. The group released a demo that
secured them a deal with Solid State Records. Their album, The Agony Scene, was
produced by Adam Dutkiewicz and released in 2003. Following its release, The
Agony Scene toured extensively with bands such as As I Lay Dying and Demon
Hunter. In 2005, their subsequent album, The Darkest Red, was produced by Rob
