The Adventures of Stevie V is a short-lived British band, best known for the
1990 hit "Dirty Cash (Money Talks)". English producer Stevie Vincent made his
name with the funk band Touchdown, before forming the trio Adventures of Stevie
V in 1989, with vocalists Melody Washington and Mick Walsh. At the height of the
hip-house craze, the track "Dirty Cash (Money Talks)" rocketed up the charts
worldwide in late 1989 and the following year, reaching #2 in the UK, #1 on the
