Tetsuya (born October 3, 1969, in Osaka Prefecture) is a Japanese musician, singer-songwriter, and music producer. He is primarily active in the rock and J-POP genres and is known as the bassist and leader of the rock band L'Arc~en~Ciel, while also pursuing a successful solo career.
