American singer-songwriter Teri Lynn DeSario was born on 27 November 1951 in
Miami, Florida. She began her musical journey as a vocalist and instrumentalist
with the Early Music Consort from 1970 to 1977, focusing on medieval and
Renaissance music. Her breakthrough came when Barry Gibb of the Bee Gees wrote
"Ain't Nothing Gonna Keep Me From You" for her after hearing her demo, leading
