Born Timoy Janeyo Jones on 3 October 1994 in the Glendevon area of Montego Bay,
St. James, Jamaica, TeeJay is a dancehall artist known for collaborating with
some of the biggest players in the dancehall game, including Vybz Kartel,
Jahvillani, Popcaan, Jahmiel. He began experimenting with music at a young age
and recorded his first song, "I Know Jah," in 2005. Over the next two decades,
he rose through the ranks of Jamaican dancehall to generate a string of hits
including 2020's "From Rags to Riches" with Damage Musiq and "Unfaithful Games"
