Japanese singer Tamaru Yamada (山田 タマル), born 1 December 1982 in Suginami, Tokyo,
Japan, began her musical journey as a child listening to jazz and country, later
forming a high‑school band and learning piano and guitar composition; she
studied psychology, philosophy, aesthetics, and music history at Waseda
University. Yamada’s professional debut came with the EP Warp released on
1 August 2005, followed by Koi No Keshiki on 10 May 2006, establishing her
