Susan Hamilton, born 1970, is a Scottish soprano who began her musical education
as a chorister at St Mary's Episcopal Cathedral in Edinburgh and later studied
at St Mary's Music School. She emerged onto the international stage through
collaborations with conductors such as Sir John Eliot Gardiner and
Philippe Herreweghe, and composers including Fabian Fiorini and
