Surprise Chef
Hailing from Coburg, Victoria, Australia, Surprise Chef is an instrumental band
formed around guitarist Lachlan Stuckey and organist/keyboardist Jethro Curtin,
supported by the rhythm section of Carl Lindeberg (electric bass) and Andrew
Congues (drums). With influences ranging from raw funk and psychedelic soul
instrumental groups to library music and obscure 1970s soundtracks, Surprise
Chef deploys cinematic atmospheres served by organic instrumentation with a
