The American singer, composer and producer Daniel Virgil Maisonneuve, known to
the public as Sub Urban, was born on October 22, 1999 in New Jersey to a
Taiwanese mother and a Canadian father. He received musical encouragement and
piano lessons at the age of six. His passion for music became so great that he
dropped out of school at the age of 16 and moved to Los Angeles to start a
