Steve Bach
Steven Bach, born in New York City, raised on Long Island, is an American
keyboardist, accordionist, composer and musical director. He began accordion and
piano at five, studied music theory at SUNY Potsdam and Hofstra University, and
performed as a jazz pianist in New York City. In 1979, he joined Stanley
Clarke’s band, contributing keyboards to Rocks, Pebbles and Sand (1980). Bach
also released solo albums Zero Gravity (1987), More Than a Dream (1988), Nice
Moves (1991) and City Magic (1993). He toured with Kitarō, Airto Moreira, and
