Soulburn
Soulburn is a Dutch death metal and black-doom band from Oldenzaal that formed
in 1996. The ensemble was founded by the guitarist Eric Daniels and the drummer
Bob Bagchus as a project to explore their interests in the music of Bathory and
Venom. They released their debut studio album, Feeding on Angels, (1998) through
Century Media Records before disbanding in 2000. The group resumed activity in
2013 with a new lineup featuring the vocalist and bassist Twan van Geel and the
guitarist Remco Kreft. Their subsequent recordings include the studio albums The
