Solu Music, a New York-based house music producing duo, was formed by Howie
Caspe and Dano Nathanson in the early 2000s. The pair began collaborating in the
city’s underground club scene, crafting tracks that blended contemporary R&B and
soul influences with house rhythms. Their breakthrough came with the 2001 single
"Fade" featuring KimBlee, which first circulated as an underground track before
being officially released in 2006; the song charted modestly in several
