Sokratis Malamas, born on September 29, 1957, in Sykia, Chalkidiki, Greece, is a
Greek singer and songwriter. At age thirteen, he bought his first guitar and
later studied at the Macedonian Conservatory of Thessaloniki. His professional
career began at 23, working as a guitar teacher and a singer in some public
shops. Nikos Papazoglou made him enter the studio and began his debut album,
Ασπρόμαυρες Ιστορίες, in 1989. Malamas collaborated with notable musicians,
including Manolis Rasoulis and Melina Kana, contributing to various theatrical
releases and movies such as "To Chrono na...
