The band Skid Row from Toms River in New Jersey rose to prominence in the late
1980s, initially as a glam rock outfit but latterly as a straightforward heavy
metal band; the brainchild of bassist Rachel Bolan and guitarist Dave Sabo. With
frontman Sebastian Bach, guitarist Scotti Hill and drummer Rob Afuso, the band
were phenomenally successful following their debut album Skid Row. The follow-up
Slave to the Grind was certified multi-platinum and went to the top of the
