Sjaak
Mehdi Chafi (September 24, 1985) is a Dutch rapper who goes by the stage name
Sjaak. He began rapping at a very young age inspired by gangsta rap and quickly
made a name for himself in the underground rap circuit. After a brief stint as a
member of the hip hop group Dubbel-O-Plein, he made his official debut as a solo
artist with the song “Ik Heb Schijt” (2007) featuring Appa. The track garnered
nationwide attention for its controversial video, in which young men with
Palestinian scarves and firearms could be seen causing disturbances in downtown
