Sister Act
The musical Sister Act is inspired by the 1992 film of the same name. Whoopi
Goldberg plays the role of a singer forced to hide out in a convent to escape
the thugs who are after her life. In 2006, the actress co-produced the musical
in the U.S. with Stage Entertainment, already responsible for the success of
Mamma Mia! Led by Kania, who takes on the role of Dolorès Van Cartier, Sister
