Sinéad Mulvey is an Irish singer born on 22 January 1988. She began her singing
career at age 13 when she performed the lead role in the musical Cinderella. In
2005, Mulvey reached wider visibility after competing in the television program
You're a Star. She represented Ireland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 with
the rock ensemble Black Daisy. Their recording career included the pop rock
single "Et Cetera" (2009), which they performed during the second semi-final in
Moscow on 14 May. The ensemble finished in 11th place and did not qualify for
the final.
